Kickstarter Didgeridoo emerged as a spin-off from the renowned Windproject Didgeridoo. With over 20 years of continuous research and craftsmanship, Andrea Ferroni, a globally recognized didgeridoo player, selected one of his most popular didgeridoos for ambitious beginners. This instrument features a single keynote and perfect dimensions, making it easier for students to achieve their goals.
Founded in 2020, Kickstarter Didgeridoo already boasts a rich history, drawing from the extensive expertise and success of Windproject Didgeridoo. We are committed to continuing this legacy by providing high-quality instruments and fostering a vibrant community of didgeridoo enthusiasts.

Andrea Ferroni’s expertise extends to virtual validation of Noise & Vibration in FCA/Stellantis, a role he has held since 2010. Within the company, he conducted studies focusing on the impact of various shapes and materials in air ducts. His didgeridoos, crafted with precision using CNC machines, served as test subjects for the software, ACTRAN. The culmination of his research is documented in the book titled “The Didgeridoo Sound Design.”

Founded in 2002, Windproject Didgeridoo has established itself as a leader in the didgeridoo community. Known for their meticulous craftsmanship, precision in playability, and deep understanding of acoustic properties, Windproject has set a high standard for didgeridoo manufacturing. Windproject is a distinguished brand that also includes the “Didgeridoo School” founded in 2004, based in Turin. The school nurtures students from beginners to performers on the world’s best stages. It offers courses and workshops on didgeridoo making from wood or fiberglass, as well as theoretical workshops and lessons on Didgeridoo Sound Design for the most enterprising students and professional makers.
